The CFM Family
Kristy A. Motta, CFP®
President & Co-owner
Kristy’s early childhood memories include riding around corporate office parks with her dad, looking for companies that ended in “Inc.” When she spotted one, he added it to his prospect list. Later, they’d go to the library and look up all the “Inc.”s they’d found in the Who’s Who directory.
So it’s fair to say Kristy grew up in the industry. She earned her B.A. in business and marketing at Loyola Marymount University, and, young prospecting years aside, has worked professionally in financial services since 1993. Her focus is on the client’s big picture, spotting potential holes in the planning, and offering useful strategies through investment portfolio design.
She earned the professional CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification (CFP®) in 2003 from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, CO. She’s a registered principal and branch manager with LPL Financial, Consolidated Financial Management’s registered broker/dealer. She is an investment advisor representative in California, Texas and Oregon. Kristy also has her Oregon state life, health and disability insurance license and variable annuity license. Her past professional affiliations include the Financial Planning Association.
She lives in Beaverton, OR, with her husband, Mark, their daughter, Katy, and their dogs, Buddy, Diva and Rusty.
Kari Raglione-Tissot, CFP®
Chief Financial Planning Officer
Kari came from a family of government workers, and decided at an early age that her destiny would be to create opportunities for herself and others. She put herself through the University of Portland and graduated magna cum laude in 2002 with a degree in finance. While pursuing her business degree, she wrote a paper outlining her near and long term plans. In it, she mapped out her detailed vision of becoming a financial planner.
Today, Kari is pursuing her life plan. She assists our advisors in the detailed analysis work needed for comprehensive financial plans and the associated investment guidance.
She earned the professional CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification (CFP®) in 2006 from Kaplan University. She is an LPL registered administrative assistant and a branch marketing associate with LPL Financial, Consolidated Financial Management’s registered broker/dealer. She currently holds the investment advisor representative license with Consolidated Financial Management in California, Texas and Oregon.
She lives in Beaverton, OR, with her husband, Jesse; their son, Trevin, and daughter, Tenley.
Tami K. Powers

She lives in Aloha, OR. with her husband, David: their three kids, Emily, Aaron and Matthew; and their dogs, Rosie and Paisley. When not in the office, Tami can be found at her kids’ softball, baseball and football games.
Chris M. Scott, CFA
Chief Investment Officer
Chris was drawn to the financial services industry after his grandparents went broke. He watched his mom and uncle struggle to help support them, and realized how important it is to have a financial plan and investment management knowledge. Plus, he loves numbers. He sees portfolio management as a treasure hunt where the clues are in the research. He was destined to be in the financial services industry.
Chris has spent the bulk of his investment career with ties to LPL Financial. He began his career at LPL's home office in 2006 as a Senior Operations Solution Analyst, and worked his way up to the fixed income sales and trading desk. He left the LPL in 2012 to take a position as a portfolio manager for another LPL Financial advisor's office. In this new position he was responsible for managing the team's investment portfolios and overseeing research.
Chris has also served as a Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy. He was deployed to Afghanistan in 2010 where he oversaw a team that was responsible for maintaining and safeguarding classified information and millions of dollars worth of equipment.
He earned the professional designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 2012. He’s currently a registered sales assistant with LPL Financial, Consolidated Financial Management’s registered broker/dealer. He also holds his investment advisor representative license with LPL Financial and Consolidated Financial Management, in California, Texas and Oregon.
He lives in Hillsboro, OR, and enjoys running, reading financial books and watching the Cubs.
