Our Firm

Consolidated Financial was founded in 1982 by Leonard Berard.  CFM was headquartered in Orange County, CA until 1995 when Mr. Berard moved to the Pacific Northwest.  Since then, CFM has been based in Beaverton, OR.  Consolidated Financial is a registered investment advisor in California and Oregon.

In 1998, Leonard's daughter, Kristy Motta, joined the firm, brining a unique perspective and experience from her employment at Franklin/Templeton and Invesco.  Now a father-daughter team, CFM continued to thrive in both California and Oregon.  The CFM Family grew in 2002, when Kari Raglione came aboard adding a fresh outlook to the team.

Today, we utilize a complete team approach for our clients.  All three CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(tm) practitioners work together on each client's plan.  This provides our clients with three financial planners for the price of one.

Len and Kristy continue to make regular visits to California, while expanding in Oregon.  As our clients relocate, our business has grown nationally and even globally.  The technology we have incorporated allows us to work with clients around the world.
